How do I book a flight with Al Fatah Travel?
Search your route on the homepage, compare the fares returned across airlines, and continue to checkout. If you would rather book with a consultant, call any of our offices and we will issue the ticket for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via JazzCash, Easypaisa or any banking app, as well as by card at checkout. Offline bank transfer is also available — see our offline payment information page for account details.
Can I change or cancel a booking after payment?
Yes. Change and cancellation terms depend on the airline or supplier fare rules attached to your booking. Contact us with your booking reference and we will confirm the applicable charges before any change is made.
Do you handle visa applications as well as tickets?
We do. Our consultancy team advises on the right visa category, prepares and reviews your documentation, and follows the application through to decision. Visa services are available independently of any ticket booking.
What is included in an Umrah package?
Packages typically include the Umrah visa, return airfare, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, ground transport and guided Ziyarats. Exact inclusions vary by package and are listed in full on each package's detail page.
How far in advance should I book for Hajj?
As early as possible. Maktab allocation and accommodation near the Haram are limited and confirmed months ahead, so early enquiries give you materially better options on both.
Do you arrange group and corporate travel?
Yes — group tours, corporate trips and educational tours are a large part of what we do. Tell us your group size, dates and budget and we will build a costed itinerary for you.
